Calculator Pro

By downloading, installing, or using Calculator Pro ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

Calculator Pro is a free, ad-supported calculator application providing standard arithmetic, scientific functions, GST and tax calculations, engineering tools, and graphing capabilities.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Calculator Pro for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the App
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose

Calculator Pro displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob to support the free availability of this app.

By using this app, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Advertisements will be displayed within the app (banner ads, interstitial ads, and native ads)
• Google AdMob may collect certain information as described in our Privacy Policy and Google's Privacy Policy
• Ad content is controlled by Google AdMob and may change based on your interests and device information
• You should not click on ads unintentionally or excessively

All calculation data, history, and preferences are stored locally on your device only. We do not collect or transmit your calculation data. However, Google AdMob may collect device and usage information for ad serving purposes.

You agree to use Calculator Pro in a lawful and responsible manner. You will not:

• Use the App in any way that violates local, national, or international law
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Use automated tools (bots, scripts) to interact with the App
• Engage in click fraud or manipulate advertisements
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the App

All content, features, and functionality of Calculator Pro, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, are the exclusive property of the app developers and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

The Calculator Pro name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of the app developers. You must not use such marks without our prior written permission.

Calculator Pro is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We do not warrant that:

• The App will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• The results obtained from the use of the App will be accurate or reliable
• Any errors in the App will be corrected
• The App will meet your specific requirements

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the App
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the App
• Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code transmitted through the App
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in calculation results

Calculator Pro uses Google AdMob, a third-party advertising service. Your use of the App is also subject to Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party services. Your interactions with third-party services are solely between you and the third party.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue Calculator Pro (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice, for any reason.

We may release updates, bug fixes, or new features from time to time. While we strive to improve the App, we are under no obligation to provide updates or support.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of Calculator Pro after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the App.

We may terminate or suspend your access to Calculator Pro immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. All provisions of the Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Calculator Pro shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Gujarat, India.
